Patricia Perez-Sahin & Maura Zhang are two of the most prominent Latinas in the Meetings and Incentive Industry in the United States. Although, they were born and raised in the Dominican Republic around the same time, they met at an industry event by a stroke of "Serendipity" after many years living and working in the United States.

A few years after they met, they realized they had a very similar entrepreneurial interest and visions for the future, and decided to embark into a joint business venture together. Surprisingly, Maura & Patricia have very distinctive personalities, but their "Synergy" is the driving force and definition of Success of their Business.

LatinPlus DMC group, has been an industry Rising Star and a much needed reliable provider of unique experience in the region, adding an additional layer of confidence while acting as the National Sales Office for some of the Top Destination Management Companies in Latin America.
